Video cache limit not respected

hello,

i'm doing initial setup of catalog, import, move..... lots of images , videos.

my video cache setting set 3 gb max. yet, grew on 150 gb. had purge manually.

 

i'm using lr 2015.2.1 release.
is bug ?

is 3gb per video or overall limit? think 1 of mysteries of lightroom.

purging manually option know. perhaps make habit of purging before importing new videos work on.

i tend not import videos lr view them in bridge , have premiere editing.

Error: 100600 Update failed, updates have been disabled by your system policy

just installed acrobat 11.0.13 on windows 7 sp 1 ultimate 64-bit machine.  when try run, > check updates, error below.  happening on several machines.  in domain group policy not restrict updates.  have tried running acrobat "run administrator" , have tried running update service administrator.  no luck.     common acrobat nonsense, there not policy acrobat !!! just missing unnecessary adobe arm !!! this time when see stupid error message installer, not install updater as  !!! but avoid annoying offer update usefulness acrobat dc (ok adobe give try, respect effort, no more reader (sorry adobe !!!) remove complete adobe arm folder, acrobat not need , loose nothing of functionality !!! however paid acrobat xi pro , not need degradation it  dc !!!
