How do I recover lost photos from recent upgrade to newest version of LR?

recently upgraded recent version of lr, find dozens of photos missing library. despite hitting "find missing photos" button, still missing several important photos. images in raid missing, including several of in smart collection  , lr mobile . not sure if helps, images worked on in both lr , ps ( .psd file). advice......

explain how catalog upgraded version created.. explain in great detail, describe each step, leave nothing out.

 

also please state version number of lr before upgrade , version number of lr after upgrade.

 

also please state operating system use.

 

also, upgrade of lightroom not affect raid, if missing there, has nothing lightroom.

Maximum number of authorizations reached!
