How to make images like this(blackish body,specific coloured cloths and shine on few parts)?

hey guys total new epic software..just bought few days ago still have weak fundamentals.

so let assume have colored pic.so how can make blackish above?i able convert skin color via b/w wasent black of girl here.secondly how can add shine there no shine in original pic.

the above pic reference,i not trying emulate texts etc.

 

secondly planning buy lynda 1 on 1 fundamental course.so suggestions how learned..?

just installed acrobat 11.0.13 on windows 7 sp 1 ultimate 64-bit machine.  when try run, > check updates, error below.  happening on several machines.  in domain group policy not restrict updates.  have tried running acrobat "run administrator" , have tried running update service administrator.  no luck.     common acrobat nonsense, there not policy acrobat !!! just missing unnecessary adobe arm !!! this time when see stupid error message installer, not install updater as  !!! but avoid annoying offer update usefulness acrobat dc (ok adobe give try, respect effort, no more reader (sorry adobe !!!) remove complete adobe arm folder, acrobat not need , loose nothing of functionality !!! however paid acrobat xi pro , not need degradation it  dc !!!
