Illustrator CC 2015: bad quality within the working space, how to fix?

i downloaded illustrator quality within program/working space bad.

whenever draw line, make square or anything, quality awful , pixel-ish.

i re-downloaded illustrator faced same problem.

when saved work pdf, quality normal.

 

how can fix it?

which bring 2015.1.2, seems solve of issues not solved patch/update, 19.1 (which gives cc 2015.1), should solve known issues not solved 19.0.1, supposed deal gpu issues , few others.

 

 

or if not have 19.1, may try that. if not appear, sign out , sign in creative cloud application. after 19.1 update should visible in creative cloud application.

 

 

failing that, may try toggling between gpu , cpu ctrl/cmd+e, or may try disabling gpu performance clicking rocket icon in app bar, or on top of menu bar, , deselecting gpu performance check box; may uncheck gpu performance in preferences.
