Problem with Typing Japanese Language

after update or something, japanese language came not able typed in blog. please solve problem asap.

japanese language input (not saving) on website (or bc site) has nothing html or server controlled operating system.

 

with said, japanese language bc shockingly bad, in fact it's not usable. @ least 30% of text garbled characters , rest either not in japanese or poorly translated.


so said, there might problem saving japanese text, can confirm?

Error: 100600 Update failed, updates have been disabled by your system policy

just installed acrobat 11.0.13 on windows 7 sp 1 ultimate 64-bit machine.  when try run, > check updates, error below.  happening on several machines.  in domain group policy not restrict updates.  have tried running acrobat "run administrator" , have tried running update service administrator.  no luck.     common acrobat nonsense, there not policy acrobat !!! just missing unnecessary adobe arm !!! this time when see stupid error message installer, not install updater as  !!! but avoid annoying offer update usefulness acrobat dc (ok adobe give try, respect effort, no more reader (sorry adobe !!!) remove complete adobe arm folder, acrobat not need , loose nothing of functionality !!! however paid acrobat xi pro , not need degradation it  dc !!!
