After Effects stops responding

my adobe after effects cc going not responding every time. every time open 5-10 secs later stops responding.

it seems me conflicted program, one? can't found it.

 

pleas solve problem.

we need lot more information in order you.

what (exact) version of ae? "cc" 12.0 13.5.1.

what os?

has ever worked?

etc.
