Glitch frame upon pause, every few frames upon export

whenever pause timeline, glitch frame. when hit play - works perfectly. happening of files, not unique 1 format or video.

 

it detailed in screen capture below. if use export frame function, frame fine. i wondered if preview problem, exported video. video strobes, , glitch frames happening every few frames.

 

i've created new sequences, projects, toyed around sequence settings, matched sequence settings, kept sequence other random formats no luck. uninstalled cc, reinstalled. happens in source window without going timeline.

 

on mbp 10.11 2.8 ghz i7. nvidia geforce gt 750m. adobe premiere cc 2015.
