When I replace my PC with another PC or a MacBook how do I keep my copy of Photoshop Elements 14 functioning?

          when change computer in near future how keep copy of adobe photoshop elements xiv purchased yesterday in working condition, being aware adobe had implemented exceptional measures or prohibitions on purchased copies. since packaging mentions more thorough internet scrutiny has been developed, is there de-registration or re-registration process need aware of, along maintaining scanned copies of related purchasing documentation?  —

          far, i have never been able copy of acrobat software purchased adobe installed, more extreme protections implemented adobe, learned later , noticed many others had similar problems installing copy purchased; while discovered acrobat exceptionally difficult program learn , use, learning navajo after age of 5, consequently not particularly disappointed copy still not functional.
