Lightroom CC 2015.2.1 Still Crashing on OS X El Capitan

i have installed 2015.2.1 version of lightroom cc on retina macbook pro running el capitan 16gb of ram.  noticed no improvement on 2015.2 , have gone 2015.1.1 due following issues:

 

1) first , foremost, randomly crashes on loading after selecting catalog in selection dialog box, , not load @ all

2) initially after installation, not run @ without resetting preferences, trashes how have had software set up

3) images show exclamation point indicating image cannot read , edited properly, when in fact can edited.  when downgrade 2015.1.1 not issue.

4) installed plugins not show in plugin manager after upgrade

5) 2015.2.1 upgrade (and .2.0 well) takes 15-25 seconds shut down (2015.1.1 shuts down immediately)


so question is, when can expect running lightroom cc 2015.2.x work promised on macbook pro running el capitan??

i request please give sometime issue being checked senior team.

also if possible please reset preferences of lightroom after updating latest version .

Error: 100600 Update failed, updates have been disabled by your system policy

just installed acrobat 11.0.13 on windows 7 sp 1 ultimate 64-bit machine.  when try run, > check updates, error below.  happening on several machines.  in domain group policy not restrict updates.  have tried running acrobat "run administrator" , have tried running update service administrator.  no luck.     common acrobat nonsense, there not policy acrobat !!! just missing unnecessary adobe arm !!! this time when see stupid error message installer, not install updater as  !!! but avoid annoying offer update usefulness acrobat dc (ok adobe give try, respect effort, no more reader (sorry adobe !!!) remove complete adobe arm folder, acrobat not need , loose nothing of functionality !!! however paid acrobat xi pro , not need degradation it  dc !!!
