Mac OSX 10.11 ---Prior to joining CC photography I had already installed Light Room 6. Now that I have joined CC I noticed I still appear to have my original LR6 installed. Is it safe to uninstall the non CC version?

you may able convert lightroom 6 lightroom cc 2015.
make sure creative cloud desktop app installed.

then launch lightroom 6 , click on > sign out.

then sign in adobe id.

let me know if works.

just installed acrobat 11.0.13 on windows 7 sp 1 ultimate 64-bit machine.  when try run, > check updates, error below.  happening on several machines.  in domain group policy not restrict updates.  have tried running acrobat "run administrator" , have tried running update service administrator.  no luck.     common acrobat nonsense, there not policy acrobat !!! just missing unnecessary adobe arm !!! this time when see stupid error message installer, not install updater as  !!! but avoid annoying offer update usefulness acrobat dc (ok adobe give try, respect effort, no more reader (sorry adobe !!!) remove complete adobe arm folder, acrobat not need , loose nothing of functionality !!! however paid acrobat xi pro , not need degradation it  dc !!!
