Shift in gamma/levels when coding H264 files

i've been grading in davinci resolve , rendered out video levels dnxhr444 master file in uhd resolution, want encode uhd h264 youtube distribution. problem level-correct dnxhr comes out washed out h264 file doesn't right in player, on youtube, devices or when viewing scopes in both resolve , avid. media encoder destroying levels in files.

 

how can transcode h264 file isn't affected this? why isn't media encoder keeping same values input?

Error: 100600 Update failed, updates have been disabled by your system policy

just installed acrobat 11.0.13 on windows 7 sp 1 ultimate 64-bit machine.  when try run, > check updates, error below.  happening on several machines.  in domain group policy not restrict updates.  have tried running acrobat "run administrator" , have tried running update service administrator.  no luck.     common acrobat nonsense, there not policy acrobat !!! just missing unnecessary adobe arm !!! this time when see stupid error message installer, not install updater as  !!! but avoid annoying offer update usefulness acrobat dc (ok adobe give try, respect effort, no more reader (sorry adobe !!!) remove complete adobe arm folder, acrobat not need , loose nothing of functionality !!! however paid acrobat xi pro , not need degradation it  dc !!!
