Acrobat Pro reformats text when changing its colour

when change colour of large block of text in acrobat pro changes text alignment , moves right. why doing , how stop? groups text boxes together. i'm going crazy trying fix this. original file in illustrator cc2015. tried use indesign getting same problem. it's me created original file font not issue have installed.

please let me know exact dot version of acrobat pro & operating system installed on computer?

also, provide steps followed edit pdf text.

Maximum number of authorizations reached!
