i fed-up mediocre , rubbish service provided. absolutely condone in strongest possible manner fact there no cancel button leaving. stopped using service months ago upon quitting job , realized hoped message boss stop payments company cancel membership , yet after being called , screamed @ theft ex-employer , on checking bosses account have noticed monthly payments have been automatically been taken out of account , because couldn't leave without talking someone. absolutely going warn , know not use service. lastly repeated cash amounts have been rejected have affected bosses credit score absolutely not on. in short angry , voicing complaint listens , forwarding info trading standards, local consumer protection group , spamming on social media see.
in case adobe moderator checks forum , in case not clear i want out immediately. i the money refunded account came months haven't been using godawful service (but have absolutely no belief in companies morals , systems of operation , therefore no expectation of hope happen). i legally requesting info deleted membership cancelled per data protection act , absolutely categorically state asks , voice opinion think cloud product mediocre , marketing style have speak company before quitting evidence of lowest morals , nothing more cheap gimmicky marketing technique keep people forget stuff keep paying awful service.
