Check condition when signature field clicked, if no exit without signing?

i execute code when user clicks on signature field. code validate if fields completed. if filled continue on signature popup , let user sign. if not tell user why , exit without signing. don't need validating fields need , clarification on how can interrupt built in signature field functions, execute own code, , continue on based on conditions returned. on side note, can have signature field default reason , not let user change selection?

 

not sure if matters, use acrobat pro , document being signed pki keys users cac card plugged in computer.
