libraries

i cannot access library in illustrator or photoshop.  using windows 7.  both illustrator , photoshop date.  have tried 1 recommendation ...sign out of creative cloud sign in , open app.

any help?

how using suggestion jacob bugge

 

try reinstalling using full 3 step way (otherwise strange things may linger)?

 

1) uninstall (ticking box delete preferences),

2) run cleaner tool, see link below,

3) reinstall.

the cleaner tool works versions cs3 on (you can see @ top of page).
