LR CC and Win10 Crashes

so, i'm done win10 feel problem lies lightroom itself. can't work done since switching windows 10 because lightroom keeps crashing pc "system service exception". lightroom program causes win10 crash. in develop module, consistently crashes during exports.

 

here list of i've tried far, , have contacted adobe no luck far...

 

-tried several different video drivers

-unchecking "use video gpu" thing

-disabling "import screen" (adobe support recommended)

-un/reinstall creative cloud lightroom

-complete system reformat fresh install of , full version of windows 10 64bit

 

any @ amazing!!!

would suggest revert lightroom cc2015.1.1 , then, check

Error: 100600 Update failed, updates have been disabled by your system policy

just installed acrobat 11.0.13 on windows 7 sp 1 ultimate 64-bit machine.  when try run, > check updates, error below.  happening on several machines.  in domain group policy not restrict updates.  have tried running acrobat "run administrator" , have tried running update service administrator.  no luck.     common acrobat nonsense, there not policy acrobat !!! just missing unnecessary adobe arm !!! this time when see stupid error message installer, not install updater as  !!! but avoid annoying offer update usefulness acrobat dc (ok adobe give try, respect effort, no more reader (sorry adobe !!!) remove complete adobe arm folder, acrobat not need , loose nothing of functionality !!! however paid acrobat xi pro , not need degradation it  dc !!!
