Warning 400 there was a problem communicating with the Learning Record Store
hi all
has seen error when launching captivate 8 course lms. doesn't on work pc on client's. full message this
our lms provider suggested add number of email domains client's whitelist have done, hasn't sorted problem. happens on launch only. if click ok let them proceed sure that's not good.
any advice on welcome. there previous question on in may no answers on it.

i suggest confirm scorm/aicc versions against documentation lms.
click configure see:
you can see, i've specified scorm 1.2, might using scorm 2004, or aicc.
also, might want search message board of lms 'captivate error 400' see if has tackled this.
