Can Photoshop automatically detect a horizon and straighten

straightening images contain horizons common task done many times many people.

 

it seem automated somehow. given advanced nature of , capabilities of "content aware", detecting horizon appears feasible function..

 

is there way of avoiding manual process of "drawing" line @ horizon , applying straightening?  if not, make sense new feature? 

 

imagine being able batch horizon straightening process

go under eye drop tool , find ruler tool

 

use ruler tool draw line across horizon

 

go "image"  select image rotation/ arbitrary , rotate images horizon

Error: 100600 Update failed, updates have been disabled by your system policy

just installed acrobat 11.0.13 on windows 7 sp 1 ultimate 64-bit machine.  when try run, > check updates, error below.  happening on several machines.  in domain group policy not restrict updates.  have tried running acrobat "run administrator" , have tried running update service administrator.  no luck.     common acrobat nonsense, there not policy acrobat !!! just missing unnecessary adobe arm !!! this time when see stupid error message installer, not install updater as  !!! but avoid annoying offer update usefulness acrobat dc (ok adobe give try, respect effort, no more reader (sorry adobe !!!) remove complete adobe arm folder, acrobat not need , loose nothing of functionality !!! however paid acrobat xi pro , not need degradation it  dc !!! (if have installed arm , delete it, will, on "check updates nothing or common update error ) you nonsense: acrobat updates have been disabled system policy.   error: 100700 if installer ...
