i am trying to load my books on a new laptop and get this error: E_ADEPT_INTERNAL

i had new laptop because old 1 got ruined. unable turn old 1 on , cant erase authorization on laptop. have authorized new laptop , loading book when try load error: e_adept_internal. have books loaded on work computer need have them @ home well. appreciated
