I have 2 related questions: does MX7 code convert to CF11 without much difficulty? is MX7 compatible with Oracle 12C?

we are planning migrate mx7 cf11 , trying determine how effort take.  in meantime, using oracle 10.2 getting pressure migrate oracle 12c before migrate cf11.  possible?

this depends on code. might find no code needs touching , works fine, may find large parts need rewriting.

 

some code have been depreciated since cf7 , wont work in cf11. best bet install cf11 trial / dev edition , see breaks. there feature in cf 11 administrator called code analyzer check code , tell there problems.  not perfect give idea of obvious changes need done.

 

oracle 12c supported cf11. have problems getting working cf7.

just installed acrobat 11.0.13 on windows 7 sp 1 ultimate 64-bit machine.  when try run, > check updates, error below.  happening on several machines.  in domain group policy not restrict updates.  have tried running acrobat "run administrator" , have tried running update service administrator.  no luck.     common acrobat nonsense, there not policy acrobat !!! just missing unnecessary adobe arm !!! this time when see stupid error message installer, not install updater as  !!! but avoid annoying offer update usefulness acrobat dc (ok adobe give try, respect effort, no more reader (sorry adobe !!!) remove complete adobe arm folder, acrobat not need , loose nothing of functionality !!! however paid acrobat xi pro , not need degradation it  dc !!!
