I have to convert some old quarkxpress (v.3.2) files to a modern file type using ID and the fonts nor can be found neither be replaced.

hello name christos , new indesign. have convert old quarkxpress (v.3.2) files modern file type , make them available in pdf format. opened them in indesign, there lot of missing fonts, , text appears corrupted. missing fonts old greek fonts macos (like grtimes, lctimespolytonic, ub-times, times) made without unicode rules , cannot found anywhere. found original font files in old macintosh (1999) , tried convert them using fontforge software ttf file windows. convertion latin fonts succesful greek fonts failed. there solution? real problem fonts old , cannot found purchase them, , cannot change them font because can't read @ all!

i may missing something, there reason don't load old fonts onto system? format fonts currently? postscript?

just installed acrobat 11.0.13 on windows 7 sp 1 ultimate 64-bit machine.  when try run, > check updates, error below.  happening on several machines.  in domain group policy not restrict updates.  have tried running acrobat "run administrator" , have tried running update service administrator.  no luck.     common acrobat nonsense, there not policy acrobat !!! just missing unnecessary adobe arm !!! this time when see stupid error message installer, not install updater as  !!! but avoid annoying offer update usefulness acrobat dc (ok adobe give try, respect effort, no more reader (sorry adobe !!!) remove complete adobe arm folder, acrobat not need , loose nothing of functionality !!! however paid acrobat xi pro , not need degradation it  dc !!!
