i tried to installe a trial version from photoshop cc and a windows appairs and says: 'creative cloud is restarting' and the installation stops

i tried, adobe acount, installe trial version photoshop cc. goes while installing photoshop, windows appairs , says: 'creative cloud restarting'. installation stops , can repeat installation, every time ater few minutes message comes again , installation stops. removed adobe programs freom computer does'n t help. do wrong

just installed acrobat 11.0.13 on windows 7 sp 1 ultimate 64-bit machine.  when try run, > check updates, error below.  happening on several machines.  in domain group policy not restrict updates.  have tried running acrobat "run administrator" , have tried running update service administrator.  no luck.     common acrobat nonsense, there not policy acrobat !!! just missing unnecessary adobe arm !!! this time when see stupid error message installer, not install updater as  !!! but avoid annoying offer update usefulness acrobat dc (ok adobe give try, respect effort, no more reader (sorry adobe !!!) remove complete adobe arm folder, acrobat not need , loose nothing of functionality !!! however paid acrobat xi pro , not need degradation it  dc !!!
