Some of the application components are missing?

our careers need editting photos of our day. recently, when selecting photo in bridge (to open , edit in ps) message, "some of application components missing application directory, please reinstall application." photo not open in ps. here specs: osx 10.10. cs5. uninstalled both bridge , ps using attached uninstall program, manually, , 3rd party program. reinstalled each program each time. still unable open image. wrong?

just installed acrobat 11.0.13 on windows 7 sp 1 ultimate 64-bit machine.  when try run, > check updates, error below.  happening on several machines.  in domain group policy not restrict updates.  have tried running acrobat "run administrator" , have tried running update service administrator.  no luck.     common acrobat nonsense, there not policy acrobat !!! just missing unnecessary adobe arm !!! this time when see stupid error message installer, not install updater as  !!! but avoid annoying offer update usefulness acrobat dc (ok adobe give try, respect effort, no more reader (sorry adobe !!!) remove complete adobe arm folder, acrobat not need , loose nothing of functionality !!! however paid acrobat xi pro , not need degradation it  dc !!! (if have installed arm , delete it, will, on "check updates nothing or common update error ) you nonsense: acrobat updates have been disabled system policy.   error: 100700 if installer ...
