Why has my CC folder disappeared and sync broken?

pretty sure happened after rolled osx el-capitan yosemite (necessary keep using m$ office)...

 

my cc folder has disappeared finder. , in cc app preferences, under "files" if select sync "on" folder location remains greyed-out. cannot specify , not re-appear toggling off on.

 

the files still there viewed online in browser.

 

anyone know how fix?

Maximum number of authorizations reached!
