Adobe Design and Web Premium CS6, my adobe acrobat will no longer open

i have adobe design , web premium cs6. upgraded pc windows 10 , windows 10 ran updates. can't adobe acrobat open. can me fix it? i'm wondering if need uninstall of design , web premium software , reinstall.

have tried repairing acrobat (help menu -> repair installation)

just installed acrobat 11.0.13 on windows 7 sp 1 ultimate 64-bit machine.  when try run, > check updates, error below.  happening on several machines.  in domain group policy not restrict updates.  have tried running acrobat "run administrator" , have tried running update service administrator.  no luck.     common acrobat nonsense, there not policy acrobat !!! just missing unnecessary adobe arm !!! this time when see stupid error message installer, not install updater as  !!! but avoid annoying offer update usefulness acrobat dc (ok adobe give try, respect effort, no more reader (sorry adobe !!!) remove complete adobe arm folder, acrobat not need , loose nothing of functionality !!! however paid acrobat xi pro , not need degradation it  dc !!!
