Preflight PDF/E Fail; "XMP property neither predefined nor defined in extension schema"

every time attempt convert pdf pdf/e fails due “xmp property neither predefined nor defined in extension schema.” not know means past several days have played around opening word (the program—not template), saving blank page .doc, converting .pdf (with distiller settings on “rich content pdf, acrobat 7.0, pdf 1.6”), , attempting convert pdf/e through preflight. same error. have tried filling in metadata blanks in both original word document , first pdf conversion. no, not know computer coding of internet solutions have found on head. need know dialog box go to, is, , (or dumbed-down). did try applying fixes available in preflight, error message returns.

 

i don't have answer "click here" solution may best if version of acrobat pro have. buttons move around plenty between versions.
