Video Rendered with Problems

hello everyone. have rendered video h.264 has 42 minutes , 6.37 gigabytes, using after effects cs4 . fine, when try play it goes kind of hard little interruptions, that's not problem. i've tried play on vlc, won't play last 30 seconds properly. when gets it, frame freezes , can hear audio goes fine, frame freezes , won't continue playing video should. that's fine too, bad thing when tried uploading on youtube, cuts last 30 seconds , video stops suddenly. when refresh page video on youtube, @ timer shows has 42 minutes , 51 seconds second, shows 42 minutes , 18 seconds , goes this. there way fix this?

without knowing exact render settings nobody can tell much. happens when have framerate mismatch between comp , output module settings.
