Lightroom loses NAS file locations after external editing in photoshop

when use lightroom , use command edit raw files in photoshop , save , close photoshop, lightroom loses locations of files.

indeed, in test, original raw file edited located on nas server in "/volumes/home/something-private/photos/original/_dsh4794.nef". photoshop saved new edited file in same folder "/volumes/home/something-private/photos/original/_dsh4794-edit-2.tif" lightroom looking in "/home/something-private/photos/original/_dsh4794-edit-2.tif".

it seems lightroom pulling off beginning part "/volumes" of file path , have tell lightroom file rebuild link. idea how fix this?

 

i working following configuration:

- mac os x yosemite 10.10.5

- home made nas server (freenas) storing raw files

- lightroom version: cc 2015.2.1

- adobe photoshop version: 2015.0.1

 

on 2015-12-08, still same problem lightroom version: cc 2015.3 , adobe photoshop version: 2015.1 unfortunately!

i did further testing after reading message on forum (lr loses file locations after edit in photoshop on imac - lightroom forums) , found out problem caused name of afp share: home. seems lightroom and/or photoshop not afp shares named 'home' when comes perform "edit in adobe photoshop cc 2015...". renamed afp share 'nashome' , working now.

the cause has been found , there easy workaround problem still fixed adobe now!

Error: 100600 Update failed, updates have been disabled by your system policy

just installed acrobat 11.0.13 on windows 7 sp 1 ultimate 64-bit machine.  when try run, > check updates, error below.  happening on several machines.  in domain group policy not restrict updates.  have tried running acrobat "run administrator" , have tried running update service administrator.  no luck.     common acrobat nonsense, there not policy acrobat !!! just missing unnecessary adobe arm !!! this time when see stupid error message installer, not install updater as  !!! but avoid annoying offer update usefulness acrobat dc (ok adobe give try, respect effort, no more reader (sorry adobe !!!) remove complete adobe arm folder, acrobat not need , loose nothing of functionality !!! however paid acrobat xi pro , not need degradation it  dc !!!
