Why are my Jpegs suddenly opening in lower resolution, and I can't seem to get back the high resolution version?

hello all,

i new ps user.  during trial period, high res jpeg photos opened perfectly.  after converting ps cc monthly thing, open in lower resolution , can't seem high resolution back.  pixels still 300, shot in.  don't believe has camera raw; did not take these photos, professional photographer did, , remember, worked fine before.  reloaded pictures in case had gotten changed, no luck.  help!!!!  tia!!  joni

at how zoom level viewing images?

just installed acrobat 11.0.13 on windows 7 sp 1 ultimate 64-bit machine.  when try run, > check updates, error below.  happening on several machines.  in domain group policy not restrict updates.  have tried running acrobat "run administrator" , have tried running update service administrator.  no luck.     common acrobat nonsense, there not policy acrobat !!! just missing unnecessary adobe arm !!! this time when see stupid error message installer, not install updater as  !!! but avoid annoying offer update usefulness acrobat dc (ok adobe give try, respect effort, no more reader (sorry adobe !!!) remove complete adobe arm folder, acrobat not need , loose nothing of functionality !!! however paid acrobat xi pro , not need degradation it  dc !!!
