Adobe has yet to improve their customer service support and product updates.


i’m sorry see adobe has yet improve customer service support , product updates. i'm afraid have nothing add thread other previous experience last year around same time. had update 2009 macbook had defective graphic card meltdown using photoshop cs5 new macbook pro retina running yosemite using new css. extremely fortunate able transfer data old machine new , able run old cs5 apps without problems. big issue here paying monthly membership new creative cloud practically useless. after many talks apple telling me it’s adobe’s problem had hunt customer support # make several phone calls try explain bug problems rep i’m 90% sure didn’t understand saying cause sitting in india , had kick me next level support , again had reexplain tech problems told notified status of case once determine problems were. 4 months later never notified , had call again. told them better return money have been paying monthly software doesn’t work. did! , both apple , adobe came out product updates wasn't till apple updated yosemite did fixed 95% of bugs, still have issues using dreamweaver of sub palettes not open or work if on 2nd screen. figure it’s not worth hassle ***** , i’ll keep them on macbook screen. hind sight being 20 20 decide research before updating el capitan , boy oh boy i’m glad i’m reading thread telling me not too. funny! adobe sent me renewal notice few days ago saying year long membership expire , want bill $50 per month crap doesn’t work.
