Cannot open Photoshop CC [Adobe Dynamic Link Manager error]

hello,

 

i installed creative cloud manager, , once there downloaded , installed following apps:

- photoshop cc (2015)

- premiere pro cc (2015)

- after effects (2015)

- acrobat dc

- media encoder cc (2015)

my computer specs: intel core skylake i5-6600 / 8gb ram / nvidia geforce gtx 960

 

 

 

no matter how try run photoshop, never open, delivering error message:

"adobe dynamic link manager.0 has stopped working"

three error windows per second pop screen until photoshop manually forced close through windows task manager.

i run licensed , legal copy of windows 8.1; drivers date.

 

 

 

some of things tried:

- reinstalling windows , installing cc photoshop no other softare installed.

- reinstalling photoshop cc using creative cloud software.

- adding photoshop allowed in firewall / disabling whole windows firewall , antivirus.

 

 

- searched through forums in website , google, , unsuccessfully applying solutions erasing preferences: (https://helpx.adobe.com/after-effects/using/preferences.html  // https://forums.adobe.com/message/2800166)

 

 

anyone can help?

if reset preferences, uninstall ps cc, clean per use adobe creative cloud cleaner tool solve installation problems, restart computer , reinstall ps cc.

Error: 100600 Update failed, updates have been disabled by your system policy

just installed acrobat 11.0.13 on windows 7 sp 1 ultimate 64-bit machine.  when try run, > check updates, error below.  happening on several machines.  in domain group policy not restrict updates.  have tried running acrobat "run administrator" , have tried running update service administrator.  no luck.     common acrobat nonsense, there not policy acrobat !!! just missing unnecessary adobe arm !!! this time when see stupid error message installer, not install updater as  !!! but avoid annoying offer update usefulness acrobat dc (ok adobe give try, respect effort, no more reader (sorry adobe !!!) remove complete adobe arm folder, acrobat not need , loose nothing of functionality !!! however paid acrobat xi pro , not need degradation it  dc !!! Preflight PDF/E Fail; "XMP property neither predefined nor defined in extension schema"

  every time attempt convert pdf pdf/e fails due “xmp property neither predefined nor defined in extension schema.” not know means past several days have played around opening word (the program—not template), saving blank page .doc, converting .pdf (with distiller settings on “rich content pdf, acrobat 7.0, pdf 1.6”), , attempting convert pdf/e through preflight. same error. have tried filling in metadata blanks in both original word document , first pdf conversion. no, not know computer coding of internet solutions have found on head. need know dialog box go to, is, , (or dumbed-down). did try applying fixes available in preflight, error message returns.   i don't have answer "click here" solution may best if version of acrobat pro have. buttons move around plenty between versions.
