GoPro footage in 120fps to slow motion.

i got gopro , wanted try out 120fps slow motion function.

 

i quite new adobe premiere have no clue how this. presets , sequence settings should use?

 

i shot 720p 120 fps , want 1080p (i'm aware lose quality) 30 fps.

 

so far tried resulted in stuttery footage, can't imagine i'm doing right because should result in smooth footage.

 

anyone experience, please help!

Maximum number of authorizations reached!
