Hello, I'd like to know how to host or let users at work access captivate demonstrations without hosting on an LMS?

i've created number of captivate videos , published these, in zip files - there anyway send link or place 1 file on shared drive allow people access , use captivate?

using shared lan drive server location captivate output end issues. if content swf-based, of end users need configure lan drive trusted location in flash global security settings, otherwise links might not work etc etc.

 

your better option upload content web server, either company intranet or general internet, , deliver way.

just installed acrobat 11.0.13 on windows 7 sp 1 ultimate 64-bit machine.  when try run, > check updates, error below.  happening on several machines.  in domain group policy not restrict updates.  have tried running acrobat "run administrator" , have tried running update service administrator.  no luck.     common acrobat nonsense, there not policy acrobat !!! just missing unnecessary adobe arm !!! this time when see stupid error message installer, not install updater as  !!! but avoid annoying offer update usefulness acrobat dc (ok adobe give try, respect effort, no more reader (sorry adobe !!!) remove complete adobe arm folder, acrobat not need , loose nothing of functionality !!! however paid acrobat xi pro , not need degradation it  dc !!!
