Sync on playback is inconsistent !!

working in premiere, cutting spots.  find it's total crap shoot if timeline audio going playback in sync picture when hit play.  it's right 6/10.  working clients, annoying , frankly... unprofessional.  have replay same section of timeline 3 times working.

 

nothing exotic going on timeline.  prores clips, 2k , 1080 on 1080 23.976 timeline.  audio .aiff , .wav... no mp3, nothing h.264.  it's legit material.

 

is mercury playback issue? 

 

i've never had issue in fcp or avid mc. 

your systems specs, please ...  , no, isn't "normal" behavior ... , perchance, on el capitan or win10?

 

os/cpu/ram/gpu/vram ... , specific version number of prpro please ...

Maximum number of authorizations reached!
