Bridge doesn't recognize cameras

if have lightroom, recognizes device (for ex. d800) still. then, if want copy picture files card or camera folder, must below:

1. create folder on desktop , write name.

2. first, open lightroom , import picture files.

3. then, in lightroom library mode:

                              a) edit -> select all

                              b) file -> export

                              c) in export menu: export location -> choose (choose folder name on desktop)

                              d) in export menu : file settings -> select image format -> original and

                              click export         

4. files went folder on desktop.

if can't use lightroom exactly, can use camera raw , photoshop (like me), steps solve problem. know, show opposite ear. now, have been learning lightroom . hope, adobe solve problem in few days.
