what happens new users of creative cloud when  premiere pro cs6 includes encore cs6 no longer available?

you find different program... , there no way know if or when adobe stop selling cs6 or allowing cloud users install cs6 part of subscription

 

but, right now, cloud users may still install premiere pro cs6 , bundled encore
