Baking effects into layer

i have created in photoshop elements love. have image background text on top. have beveled text , applied color dodge effect. want use text logo game can't apply background present text layer looks way without background being there. how can tell photoshop take in top layer , rasterize doesn't change?

try setting layer fill 0 , can lower layer opacity some. add text color raise fill some.

Maximum number of authorizations reached!
