I cannot get Lightroom to recognise my .ARW files.

so have date version of lightroom cc 2015 , camera raw plugin 9.2 (i think).  had dl camera raw , install separately not find proof pre installed in lightroom cc 2015.  normal?  anyways, looked versions of these apps support .arw files specific model of camera (a7sii) , supposedly should working fine.  on yosemite mac pro.  can view raw files in play memories home (sony's proprietary software), cannot figure out how convert them them maybe dng use in lightroom.  prefer able open them straight in lightroom.  please help.

downloading other versions of camera raw not have effect on lightroom.

 

you need lightroom cc 2015.2 or later. version have? go help->about adobe photoshop lightroom , report version listed there.

Maximum number of authorizations reached!
