I just want to edit my text on a document

i have menu saved on computer. want edit it. won't let me. how can change word? crazy!

reader not let edit not suitable software perform function.

ideally acrobat lets perform function.

could please specify application working on?

also tell how did add text in document?

Maximum number of authorizations reached!
