Unable to recover from a kernel exception. Error code:3

i have illustrator cc , 2015 today came out error code: unable recover kernel exception. error code: 3. error leads me graphics card. have nvidia gtx750. program must continually crash!!

 

any very appreciated.

sounds uninstall, run cleaner tool (google it) , reinstall in order.
