Can I use my desktop apps on more than one computer?

just wanted know how many licenses given each product. can use desktop apps on more 1 computer? or if without 1 of computers (i.e. breaks etc.) can download apps onto computer part of creative cloud plan?

you have 2 usage allowances/ sign-ins/ activations can active. if computer breaks without being able sign out, have contact support can reset counter.
