Editing a PDF that was exported from InDesign.


this closest thread have found question, not original question here. looks right players here, i'll go ahead post question. fair number of menu designs , clients able edit menus without buying indesign or re-hiring me tiny changes. have experimented trying edit pdf found big hassle , know clients won't happy. there way give them pdf can edit? when tried had load font every edit or reverted default font, found extremely frustrating.thanks in advance!

i represent recosoft creators of pdf2id (pdf indesign conversion tool). pdf not meant edited (its original intent archive format). pdf's have become pretty standard , being passed around universally, there pdf manipulation tools (and acrobat 1 of them). use word "manipulation" because acrobat has limits. closest pdf "editing" tools directly acrobat bring point out fonts. if fonts don't match acrobat has limitations also. depending on tiny changes degree of manipulations can become challenging (not sure mean tiny edits). if want give customers can edit easily, give them word file (presuming have microsoft office).
