I'm using Acrobat Pro DC to edit a flattened PDF using the "Fill & Sign" tools, but the text I've added will not print or save. Other edits (check marks, etc.) print and save fine.

fill & sign's "add text" function allows me type in text, when print document text input missing. (doesn't matter if use "document" or "document & markup" on print settings, text missing.)  when document saved, closed, , reopened, text input gone. flattened pdf attempting add text to, not fillable document form fields. how dc save , print text?

use edit tool instead of fill & sign tool edit pdf.

Error: 100600 Update failed, updates have been disabled by your system policy

just installed acrobat 11.0.13 on windows 7 sp 1 ultimate 64-bit machine.  when try run, > check updates, error below.  happening on several machines.  in domain group policy not restrict updates.  have tried running acrobat "run administrator" , have tried running update service administrator.  no luck.     common acrobat nonsense, there not policy acrobat !!! just missing unnecessary adobe arm !!! this time when see stupid error message installer, not install updater as  !!! but avoid annoying offer update usefulness acrobat dc (ok adobe give try, respect effort, no more reader (sorry adobe !!!) remove complete adobe arm folder, acrobat not need , loose nothing of functionality !!! however paid acrobat xi pro , not need degradation it  dc !!!
