standalone Photoshop Lightroom becomes CC version

i have spent of today trying register purchased copy of lightroom 6 on laptop. have lightoom cc subscription installed on desktop pc. after installing lightroom 6, adobe installer insists on update. on downloading update, adobe installer replaced creative cloud installer. @ no time during process asked input licence key

once cc installer raises ugly head, standalone lightroom 6 magically becomes cc version!!!!!!!

how can rid of ubiquitous cc installer on laptop , return adobe installer , register standalone version of lightroom?

Error: 100600 Update failed, updates have been disabled by your system policy

just installed acrobat 11.0.13 on windows 7 sp 1 ultimate 64-bit machine.  when try run, > check updates, error below.  happening on several machines.  in domain group policy not restrict updates.  have tried running acrobat "run administrator" , have tried running update service administrator.  no luck.     common acrobat nonsense, there not policy acrobat !!! just missing unnecessary adobe arm !!! this time when see stupid error message installer, not install updater as  !!! but avoid annoying offer update usefulness acrobat dc (ok adobe give try, respect effort, no more reader (sorry adobe !!!) remove complete adobe arm folder, acrobat not need , loose nothing of functionality !!! however paid acrobat xi pro , not need degradation it  dc !!!
