Masking in Premiere?

hhi. wanting cut subject clean white background. know it's poasible. not sure if need after effects or can in premiere?

is tracking involved? have subject different angles. , want cut him out can play layers in photoshop. imagine white stripes video keeps zooming in , in etc reveal same shot different position on timeline.

Maximum number of authorizations reached!
