Send and Track?

i have watched tutorial on how send , track.  looked easy.  when wanted myself important document need send employer, did not want anything.  kept clicking "send , track" button nothing happened.  so, how can this?

please follow steps mentioned in kb doc. acrobat | send , track large files online, let me know if still experience issue.

Maximum number of authorizations reached!
