Still having blur in my image

i know i've asked before, still same problem colours blurring in image.

this happens lot whenever send them client via gmail.

here's example of part of image.

i'm not sure why happening me whenever work on image.

i need more help.

i'm not clear asking. heavily compressed jpeg image , such artifacts inevitable. it's inherent in how compression works. on top of that, many online services tend re-compress images server-side save bandwidth, further degenerates compressed files. need think of using other methods , formats using pdfs , dropbox.
