I can't open Photoshop program.

i not able t open photoshop cc.     still have ps icon in task bar nothing when click on it.    tried on "all programs" menu on windows 10 , did nothing also.

hi forffun,

 

please open task manager , check processes, if see photoshop.exe running.

please select photoshop.exe , end task.

once done, try open photoshop.

 

if unable perform above steps, restart machine , try open photoshop.

 

else, uninstall photoshop control panel, restart machine , install creative cloud.

just installed acrobat 11.0.13 on windows 7 sp 1 ultimate 64-bit machine.  when try run, > check updates, error below.  happening on several machines.  in domain group policy not restrict updates.  have tried running acrobat "run administrator" , have tried running update service administrator.  no luck.     common acrobat nonsense, there not policy acrobat !!! just missing unnecessary adobe arm !!! this time when see stupid error message installer, not install updater as  !!! but avoid annoying offer update usefulness acrobat dc (ok adobe give try, respect effort, no more reader (sorry adobe !!!) remove complete adobe arm folder, acrobat not need , loose nothing of functionality !!! however paid acrobat xi pro , not need degradation it  dc !!!
