Bridge problem still exists

bridge cs6 seems launch fine.    when selecting image bridge, work in acr or ps, error message occurs: 

"some of application components missing application directory.  please re-install  application."

a suggestion made forum gurus here eliminate "locales" folder , re-install ps6, i've done...to no avail.   still have problem.

please update latest acr update cs6 application.

 

refer: camera raw 9.1 available

 

once update try open images in acr using bridge, if problem persists open images in acr using photoshop cs6 , check if works.
