DOWNLOADING A PREVIOUSLY PURCHASED PRODUCT TO NEW COMPUTER


ok, i'm not sure i'm doing right, need , can't seem support adobe.  they've made difficult.  whatever happened live and/or phone support assistance?  have new computer, i've done per recommendations download , install purchased cs6 production premium on it.  i've spent on 6 hours trying figure out, i've removed , re-downloaded software numerous times.  slight success have had getting (the cs6 software bundle) open, saying have valid license not associated product, please select product.  drop down menu not list adobe production premium cs6, list adobe cs6 standard , web pro; along other cs5.5 product.  have tried both of cs6 listings, , of cs5.5 listings, again no avail.  why difficult?  doing wrong?  eventually, opened trial version.  gave me option click trial or "license software".  when clicked on license software, gets me same dilemma above, doesn't list cs6 production premium suite.  when click on trial, can open product, giving me 30 days, , that's not going work.  need please try , explain me doing wrong, , more preferably, guide me how can remote session live, positive results.  i've spent way time on trying load software on new desktop running windows 10.
